warm winter

Today was very warm and it was more than 20 degrees.
How can it be this warm in winter?
I heard that the cherry blossoms are beginning to come out.
The best time to enjoy that cherry blossoms is around the end of this month.
I can't wait to see the beautiful in full bloom.
